We collect personal data that you provide to us in connection with a membership application or when contacting us. Processing your data is necessary for us to fulfi ll our obligations to you in accordance with the association’s statutes and purpose (legal basis: contract and legitimate interest).

  • Invoicing and fee management.
  • Member communication and information.
  • Anonymized statistics for our funding bodies.

Who has access to the data?

Your data is primarily processed by the board. When necessary, data may also be shared with our auditor, accounting consultant, or relevant authorities if required by law. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long do we keep your data?

Your personal data is stored for as long as you are a member of the association. Upon leaving, your data is deleted from our membership registers, with the exception of information that we are legally required to retain for a certain period (e.g., under the Accounting Act).

Your rights

You have the right to be informed about the personal data we have registered regarding you, and to request that incorrect data be corrected or supplemented. In certain cases, you also have the right to request the deletion of your data or a restriction on its processing.
